Change of Mind
We offer exchange or store credit for change-of-mind purchases provided:

Request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Item is unworn and in original packaging.

Item shows no signs of wear, perfume, lotions or damage.

Proof of purchase is provided.

Change-of-mind returns are not eligible for refunds.
Faulty Items
If your piece has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photographs and your order number.
If confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Natural Stone Variation
Each gemstone is natural and unique. Variations in colour, inclusions and pattern are part of their beauty and are not considered faults.
General Wear & Care
We do not accept returns for damage caused by:

Water, chemicals or improper care.

Accidental breakage.

Normal wear and tear.
