• Swimming (chlorine and saltwater).
• Exercising or heavy perspiration.

Moisture and chemicals may soften my golden finish over time

Honour My Natural Stones

Each gemstone is formed by the earth and completely unique.

• Avoid dropping or knocking me against hard surfaces.
• Some stones are softer and may chip or crack.
• Keep me away from ultrasonic cleaners and harsh chemicals.

Allow Me to Rest

When not being worn:

• Store me in my velvet soft pouch/ box.
• Keep me separate from other pieces to prevent scratching.
• Avoid humid environments and direct sunlight.

I prefer calm, dry spaces.

After wearing:

• Do not use abrasive cloths or chemical jewellery cleaners.

• Item shows no signs of wear, perfume, lotions or damage.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Change-of-mind returns are not eligible for refunds.

Faulty Items

If your piece has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photographs and your order number.

If confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Each gemstone is natural and unique. Variations in colour, inclusions and pattern are part of their beauty and are not considered faults.

General Wear & Care

We do not accept returns for damage caused by:

• Water, chemicals or improper care.
• Accidental breakage.
• Normal wear and tear.
